This is the national portal for the Republic of Indonesia. Although it is almost exclusively in Bahasa Indonesian do not let that scare you off. If you search around the site there are some materials in English, especially some of the links, and some useful information and graphics.

This is the website for Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS-Statistics Indonesia). They are a non-departmental agency which provides data to the government and general public.
These two sites are hosted by the research school of Asian and Pacific Studies at the Australian National University, Canberra. These sites offer a cornucopia of information and links to all things Southeast Asian and has everything from history and politics to art galleries.
